Elizabeth + Josh originally were going to have a courthouse wedding and head to the Great Smoky Mountains for their honeymoon, where they would get bride and groom portraits. Buuuuutttt their family really wanted to join them. Which is so sweet! So they decided to do an intimate wedding with just their family and closest friends and after head to the mountains for photos of just the two of them.
They said, “I do” in the cutest chapel – Wedding Bell Chapel in Pigeon Forge, Tn. with just those they love most.
We then adventured up to the Foothills Parkway for their portraits and would you believe that these where actually taken in a parking area pull off?! The Foothills Parkway has some of the best views around of the Great Smoky Mountains and as a licensed Smoky Mountain Photographer, I suggest any spot in the National Park as often as possible!
The mountains are just my favorite backdrop for any photoshoot, especially a wedding day.
These two were seriously the SWEETEST couple!! I am so honored to have been able to capture their special intimate wedding day.
